Good afternoon!

I will attending the fair in Guanzhou this coming December 8, 2010. I want to know if there's a way to get invitation. I had emailed the fair but until i haven't received any feedback from themm

are your sure there have a fair on Dec.8?what subjet it is

GUEST34126 Yes, i saw in the Internet about Guangshou Equipment Supplies on December 8-10. I called them but they didn't understand English.

I assumed that you are visiting this show .Probably the best you can do is to phone them directly . BTW, you had better get a final confirmation from them that the exhibition will be held in guangzhou as schduled here .Some fairs are cancelled due to asia games here . Good luck , my friend .

Next time if you are planning to visit Chinese fair, you'd better to ask for the invitation letter at least 1 month in advance.

GUEST22370 Thank you my friend for the information. Actually i called them up but they didn't understand english, so what i did is call one of the nominated hotel for the fair. According to them the fair has been cancelled and moved on January 2011. And they attached a webmail, upon opening with that webmail the title 17th Guangzhou Hotel Exhibition Supplies January 6-8, 2011, but when you drop down the announcent its not change stil December 8-10, there is something wrong about the posting of the date. Please help me if when is really the trade show.
