guestpatric I will go to Harbin during the snow and ice featival. I've heard that it will be very cold there. Has anyone here been there before. I need some practical experiences~

Well, it will be really chilly there. That's why water become ice. Better wear your warmest but air permeable clothes. Gas-impermeable clothes make one sweat when doing activities but feel cold after.
