| Steps 1.cut chicken breast into dices, mix salt, cooking wine, egg white, starch with diced chicken breast very well. 2.cut shallot into sections and get rid off gingko’s skin. 3.boil gingko in boiling water for 5 minutes. 4.fry diced chicken breast meat until it changes white. 5.fry gingko and shallot sections until fragrant. 6.put fried diced chicken breast meat in, stir-fry them together, add some salt and sesame oil.
