i am trying to find out if the old firestation in 216 YICHANG ROAD is still there.. my 83 year old father lived there as a child and would one last vist if it is still standing..
hoping someone can let me know so i can start organising a trip for him

It is called Yichang Qiu Huo Hui(宜昌救火会) in Chinese. It is said that this fire station was built in 1932. I got a photo from the internet. You can see if it is the fire station you referred.

GUEST19318 that is the photo i have also.. on google earth there seems to be a river close by.. my father only says there was a creek.. so i am not sure if it is the same one...
