I just found my dream high end Chinese apartment in Beijing... very unique. Roof top balcony (good for reading or getting fresh air…soon to have BBQ), separate bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom(me) on first level. Huge windows with a small loft upstairs (fully furnished separate room for you...slanted roof, small and cozy with air conditioner or heater if needed)). Modern decorations, 2 TV, 3 couches, hard wood floor, clean, nice lighting, plants, lots of shelves and books....decorated by westerner. Comes fully furnished with own TV in your room and ADSL internet access downstairs. Lots of space for 2 people! Great location across from workers stadium near Dongzhimen/ Dongsishitao subway, Workers Stadium, Sanlitun, and embassy area. Easy walking to everything could need, safe location...most importantly it feels like home and is extremely comfortable. I'm easy going working professional Canadian guy (26), traveled to over 40 countries.... Have been in Beijing for 8 months and know lots of really interesting arts/areas/neat things and could show you where to go to find what you're after. The reason I would be interested in having a short term flatmate/rental is because want to buy some more things for the apartment and could use some extra money....BBQ for outside, more decorations, satellite, etc…. plus I won’t be here for 3 months June to August. Hostels sharing in 4-8 person dorm cost 80rmb/night. When I was after short term accom paid 200rmb/night...and it wasn't as nice as this place! My place is perfect if you need short term and I am offering all inclusive no bills....and maid that comes in for cleaning/dishes/etc. fully furnished with blankets, etc….all for 250rmb/day (+ deposit of course you get back when leave), minimum 2 week stay.
