![]() | I am an Indian citizen and recently I ve quit my job for pursuing higher studies. I m planning to visit China as tourist before my course starts to visit my girl friend. But the Tourist Visa regulations for Indians requires Covering letter from applicant's company or office. As I m unemployed now, it wouldn't be possible for me submit the same. I can produce all other documents required for tourist visa. Even, if it is required, I can obtain an invitation from my girl friend in China. I had been to China few months back on Business visa. Is there any option for me to obtain a Tourist visa without submitting Covering letter from applicant's company or office? Isnt it possible for an unemployed person to visit China as tourist even if he is financially sound? Appreciate if some body could shed some light into this. |

![]() | Thx Miles. .It s not possible from the school as I have not joined one yet.. That would be next year.. I am worried about whether my Visa will get rejected if I didnt submit the covering letter.. I dont want a rejection to happen bcoz what I heard that once rejected it would be always a bad mark if I again apply for any type of visa China in future. |
