how can change my student visa to work visa?
is it possible,without returning to my home country?

You need a job first with a company who is registred to employ foreigners. Then you apply for a Z visa, usually out of China, which the company will arrange to convert to a residence/work visa. Failing that some visa agencies have ways and means of providing the visa you need..... for a price.

how can i contact such agencies??
this way do i still need to go to my home country??

You could travel to Hong Kong or perhaps Macau to get the visa. Check the listing under Ads Board for visa agents, but proceed with caution, some might not be genuine. It is also likely that you will need a degree to get a Z visa.
