Defachang Dumpling Restaurant wins Shanghai Great World Guinness Prize. Now it is famed as the dumpling restaurant with the most varieties (318 kinds) of dumplings in China. If you want to taste Chinese typical dumplings, you can give it a try there in Xian.

I should say that I do not like dumplings very much. Once I did have Dumpling Feast. After that, I didn't eat dumplings until 8 months later. There were a variety of dumplings with many kinds of fillings and fried, steamed in different shapes. They were delicious but I could not bear eating them alone.

I like home-made dumplings ,which is more delicious for me .

Can you make dumplings? I mean making fillings and dumpling wrappers. I can making fillings but can not roll dumpling wrappers with rolling pin. Every time I make dumplings, I just buy ready-made dumpling wrappers.
