Totally recommend them and have used them often. Tibet is fantastic and one of my favourite bits was visiting local villages away from the main routes. |

| Sunscreen, sunglass, hats and thick clothes are all necessities. If you have altitude sickness, please prepare some medicine in advance. Foreigners are required with Tibet Travel Permit as well as a valid passport and a visa (Travelers from countries having visa exemption agreement with {Hong Kong,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/} do not need a visa).
