Tourist Visa Extension (L-L)

The tourist visa, also known as an L visa, is issued to foreigners who come to China for tourist or family visit.Generally a tourist visa holder can stay in China for up to 30 days. Sometimes foreigners can only obtain15-day visas. When you need longer stay while the duration is not enough, we can help you extend your visa without leaving the country. The visa can be extended twice, 30 days for each time. It usually takes about 7 working days to complete a visa extension. We provide urgent service under special circumstances.

L visa can be extended twice,one months for each time.afer that you have to leave China. if you want to stay for a long time , you have to change your L to F for three months.six months or one year.

I will write you my information. We are Russian, 2 person, now we have L visa for 30 days.
We entered China on 2.03. and our visa expired on 30-th of March. Probably, I extend one more month L visa, according to Chinese Regulations.
We need at least half year visa, so it's need to be changed on F.

How much does it cost and when should we bring documents (how many days before it expired)?

GUESTFARAH AOA........ui have the same situation as Umair...my husband is studing in wuhan and now i am going to join him...chinese consulate in pakistan has told me that they would give me 180 days(6 months) L- visa, which i have to extend in wuhan.....i want to stay longer with my husband throughout his study period, can L-vis be extended in Wuhan for six months or longer period? how?
