I was sent this tracking number EE218979022CN from China Star Shop on December 1, I have not received the package, it has not even cleared US Customs. The last information I received on this package was on December 3 and December 4 02:02:00 Despatch from Sorting Center, that was 10 days ago, can someone please check tracking on China postal and tell me where this package is?

I track the parcel on EMS website, it shows that the parcel sent out from {Guangzhou,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangzhou.htm} to New York on Dec.4th, but no update news since then.
