Hello, on january i spent 3 days in Hong Kong.
I´m thinking to go from there to {Guangzhou,https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangzhou.htm} for one day - can you recommend this or is it to less time for a trip to Guanzhou.

Do i need a visa for Guangzhou?
And where is the best place to travel from Hong Kong to Guangzhou (Is there a bus or train station which can find easiely?)

I think Guangzhou is famous for a lot of replica products - i´m interested in clothes - like abercrombie or north face -any places to go for this - also in Hongkong or Shanghai?)

Thanks for your help - this will be really helpful for me

Torsten

There are direct trains from Hung Hom ({Hong Kong,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/}) to Guangzhou. The earliest train leaves at 07:25 and arrives in Guangzhou at 09:20. The last train from Guangzhou to Hung Hom departs from Guangzhou East Railway Station at 21:32 and arrives at 23:25.

Ticket price: HK$190 for first class seat and CNY 230 for special class seat.

You do not need a visa when you get to HK but you do have to apply a visa when you go to Guangzhou. And you can apply your visa in HK. If you still have questions, please refer to [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/hongkong.htm]Hong Kong Visa[/tcgurl].

Here are another two useful links:

Personally, I think one-day tour from HK to Guangzhou is too hurry. You may consider staying one night in Guangzhou and get back to HK next day.

The train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou is the easiest way to travel between the two cities. In Hong Kong, all trains run from Hung Hom station in Kowloon and arrive at Guangzhou East station in Guangzhou. There are twelve trains daily between the two cities. Travel time is around two hours. You can get the detailed information regarding it at http://gohongkong.about.com/od/traveltochina/a/traintoguangzho.htm .
