If you want to learn cooking Gu Lu Rou, please follow the steps below: What you need to prepare: 350 grams marbled meat, 2/3 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoon corn starch, 150 grams pineapple, 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper. Seasonings: 4 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon starch and 1/2 cup water. 1.cut marbled meat and pineapple into pieces separately, hollow red and green pepper and cut into small pieces. 2.salt marbled meat pieces with 2/3 tablespoon salt for 15 minutes. 3.mix salted marbled meat pieces with 3 tablespoons starch very well. 4.Heat some vegetable oil, fry marbled meat pieces with high maximum heat until they turn golden. Then drain fried marbled meat pieces in a bowl for several minutes. 5.Heat vegetable oil, add green and red pepper pieces and some salt and then fry for a minute. 6.Mix seasonings very well in a bowl. Heat a tablespoon vegetable oil, add mixed seasonings in and boil until it turns thick. 7.Put pineapple pieces in and fry for a second, add fried marbled meat pieces in and fry together for a while until pineapple and fried marbled meat wrapped. 8.Put fried green and red pepper pieces in and fry for a second. |
