Happy New Year! My husband and I are currently working here in China as an English teacher. We have separate working visa arranged by our school. Now, his visa is going to be expired before Spring Festival and his school can't process his visa anymore. Is it possible for me to apply for his visa (accompanying a family member) under my existing visa? He is currently in Shanghai and I'm in Ningbo. How can we make our visa as one? What will be the procedure? Thanks in advance!!

You can not make your visa as one if you both work in different city as English teacher. But if he is not going to work in China, you can apply for him a dependent visa accompanying your work visa. Otherwise, he need to leave China before his visa expires or apply for a new visa, (L) most possibly, from local PSB.
