I don't like to avail tour packages here coz its too expensive ,what are the things that I should I do to get there ?In visiting some places like HK disneyland and Ocean Park are there public utility vehicles to get there? Are there hotel rooms near those places that are cheaper in prices?

How to get to HK? Flight seems to be your only choice. The hotels in Disneyland are very expensive. You may find some small guest houses in Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui and hen use MTR to visit [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/outlying/disneyland.htm]Disneyland, Hong Kong[/tcgurl], [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/island/ocean_park.htm]Ocean Park[/tcgurl]and other attractions. Very convenient.

You don't need a [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/hongkong.htm]Hong Kong Visa[/tcgurl] for 7 days visit because Filipinos are exempt from a visa to {Hong Kong,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/} for up to 14 days, but you need to buy round-trip flight tickets and have sufficient funds for your stay without working (based on Immigration's definition, not yours) which are required for you to pass the customs of Hong Kong. When you board the flight from Philippines, the flight ticket from Hong Kong to Philippines is also required, otherwise, the airline company maybe refuses you to board.

As Miles replied, before you go to Hong Kong, you need to prepare round-trip flight tickets, financial certificate (such as original bank certificate with receipt or original passbook, updated within the month that you go to Hong Kong) besides your valid passport, then you don't have problem to leave from Philippines and arrive in Hong Hong, the HK immigration officers will allow you to cross the border and customs.

In addition to what everyone has suggested above is that you should go for package as they tend to come cheap as you take all thing in one go. Though you can get cheaper prices if you are taking one thing at a time . But it always involve risk of availabilty, so you could miss your destination because of some tickets or transportation issue.
