I have one day free in Chang'an town Dongguan - Suggestions please?

Hi All.
I'm in Chang'an town {Dongguan,https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/dongguan/} next week. I have a spare day on Sunday the 16th.. I've been to China many many times but tend to work so hard I never get to see the local area.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do around Dongguan / Chang'an town.

I would love to meet the locals and sample some real Chinese culture (not food wise.. I'm a normal Westerner)...

If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them..
