I'm a Nigerian citizen. I came to china with multiple entry which needed monthly exit but i want to visit {Macau,https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/macau/} ,can i get the visa on arrival? do i need to make a hotel reservation?

you need to get a visa to Macao in advance through Macao Immigration Department. No visa upon arrival is available, and generally, it takes 4 weeks for visa processing. If you just need to exit China to activate next months'duration of your China visa, you can try to visit other country, which hold visa-free process for you.
