i want to ask if i still can apply for china visa eventhough i

overstayed in china for 5 months.I was deported but they gave me

10 days visa telling that i have toleave china within 10 days.im so

confused with this.i want to apply a new chinese visa,will they

grant me visa?will there be any problems in china immigration?

by the way im back here in my country now.

I'm afraid that you will be prohibitted to enter Mainland China for 5 years because you overstay for 5 months, if you overstay in China for less than 10 days, it is not serious, you can apply for [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm]China visa[/tcgurl] after 6 months in your country.
