Plan to travel in Chengdu during Chinese Spring Festival!

guest3167 I am planning to travel in {Chengdu,https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/chengdu.htm} during Chinese Spring Festival. I have some questions:

1. I want to see the pandas. Is it available to see them during this period?
2. Can anyone who has been there tell me if it is cold? I haven’t decided where to stay. Can you recommend some cheap hotels?
