Registering RO in Shenzhen China

Dear Friends

I am from Pakistan and currently living in China and i want to register RO (Representative Office) in Shenzhen China, so can any one give me some useful tips of how i should go through this???

I know for doing this i must have a base company registered in my country BUT can i do it by registering a company in Hong Kong and use it as a base company for registering RO in Shenzhen China? and if Yes, so would it help me in getting Z Visa?

any urgent response would be highly appreciated.
