safe to wire money to West China Adventures?

I'm looking to use Peter Wood from West China Adventures to book a tour out of Chengdu for a few days in China. However, for payment he's asking the tour be paid in advance via a money wire. I'm wary of losing all of the money by handling it this way. Has anyone else had experience with this tour company and money wires?

GUEST25195 Sure, it's very safe. Peter Wood works for protection of giant pandas,with very good relationsip between the company and Wolong Panda Center. We did a great tour in 2009, arranged by WCA.
