Ask him to show you the receipt. If he uses EMS, he should have a receipt offered by EMS. |

| GUEST81687 | Hi My tracking EMS number is RJ655920437GB. It should be shipped from Great Britain to Canada. I tried to get any information on the tracking number but nothing comes up. I contacted my provider and they said the tracking number is correct. I has been more than 5 days trying to track my order, but no information. It has been 12 days now since I was told that my parcel is EMS warehouse, and it has been about 5 days since the status changed to shipped. Could you help me please getting information about it??
