The first one arrived at Coventry and sent to the customs at 2012-08-19 16:42:00.

When was the second one sent out? I didn't get any information on EMS website. You should be aware that the package can't be trace when it was sent out immediately. You need to wait for 1 to 3 days.

sorry, I didn't find any information on the EMS official website. Did you confirm that your packages were sent out?

I think I have been given a wrong tracking number as I've called EMS in China and they can't find any information with my tracking number. I have called ParcelForce in UK to see If they've received my item from China and the tracking number show no information too. My tracking number is EE731044782CN. I have purchased my bridal shoes 3 weeks ago. I have sent severals emails to the sender (Jimmy Choo shoes outlet UK) and I did not receive any feedback/answer. Can you please help ?
