Hi, I guess that the staff on the EMS website are still on their holidays. There is nothing about your tracking number on the website.

GUESTTROY thank you GUEST6780 for you answer , i don't know why EMS never update they track# , what a bad service they have!! for me i'll never use EMS again , just pay more money and ship with UPS,Fedex u'll be updated within 24 hours after shipping.

really annoyed.

GUEST85312 really don't know what to say , it called EMS , so should be arrived in 5-7 DAYS , it is more than 20 day and nothing happen , seems i lost my package? .. they don't have support email also .. you have to be in china to contact them by phone !!!

I just found that it was sealed and sent to Czech on Oct. 5, 2012.
