the package is sent on 13 Oct but today is 21 Oct already, i wonder why the status hasn't been updated for over a week. Can anyone help me, please?I'm so frustrated.

GUEST76180	I was given an EMS tracking number EE594665765CN over a week ago. When I try to track on various EMS sites, it asks of a verification code. There is a code listed near the question. I enter the code along with my tracking number and it just leads me back to asking for another verification code again and again. How can I track my package? Thanks
