GUEST71562	Is been 40 days since i ordered cologne from China. The site states it takes 12-25 days. The seller keeps telling me to be patient and that he gave me a tracking number. However, the tracking number seems not to exist. HELP! The seller want give me a reund. I have contacted paypal and it is giving him until Nov. 18 to respond.

How much refund did you receive compared with the money you paid? Hope paypal can do something to help you. Good luck.
