Don't worry. Your package was sent to the customs at Conventry at 2012-11-27 17:08:00. You may receive it soon if it can go through the customs smoothly.

My tracking number is EE562500861CN - can anyone speak to EMS about this please - I do not speak mandarin unfortunately.

It was collected on Monday from the seller and there has been no update since - what is going on please. Do EMS normally wait a long time before they export the items - is it possibly because the seller paid for cheap shipping?

Could this be a scam even though the package is showing as collected?

how long does it take to ship a pair of shoes. it been a couple days like this "Despatch from Sorting Center, Location:GUANGZHOU"
