So far there is no update. I don't know it was sent by ship or air. If by ship, you have to wait more patiently. Sometimes, it takes more than a month.

Two weeks ago, I bought something from the US. It took 17 days before I got it.

the tracking information hasnt changed since 2/12/2012

does anyone know if there is any delays in china and why????

GUESTSUSAN	tracking number: EE696024988CN was sent on 28th Nov. 2012 from China to LA, it already past 10 days , consignee not received it and the record on ems cn web site is stayed on 29th Nov., 2012 from xiamen to San Franciso, please help us and advise where is documents??

Your package wasn't sent via EMS. Instead, it was sent via China Post. Usually there are three ways: by air, by air+by ship and by ship. It takes about 7 to 10 days by air, 7 to 20 days by air and ship and 30 to 40 days by ship.

Ask the sender what transportation means he used and then you will know how long you will wait to receive your parcel.
