You should contact the sender to make sure the shipping number is correct.

I need some information on EMS.com.cn.

How are packages delivered to your house? The tracking report stated that they attempted to deliver my package on 2-22-2013 at 9:30.

My wife was home and no one attempted to deliver a package at 9:30. There is no phone number to contact them nor a message of where to pick up the package.

Can anyone give me a contact phone number for here in California.

The EMS website didn't show anything about your package.
