I found the following info:

Take sleeping bus at Xinnanmen Bus Station (新南门汽车站) at 12:00. It costs around CNY 280.

Take sleeping bus at Chengbei Passenger Transport Center(城北客运中心) at 13:30. It costs CNY 280.
