guest21332 I ordered some earphones and have just recieved the package....totally empty, just a plastic bag, tried to contact EMS but no luck. my order tracking number is EE47325579CN

GUEST6254 I think you should contact the buyer to make sure he/she sent the earphones to you. If the buyer can prove he/she sent it via EMS, then the EMS should be responsible for your loss.

I am not sure if the buyer insured the earphone when he sent it to you via EMS. If not, the EMS just compensates your partial loss.

GUESTDAVE I think you should contact the seller to file a claim with EMS.
