Jiuzhaigou visit timing

I'm planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou this autumn and due to my itenary its either going to be in mid october(after the national holiday) or the first few days of november. Any advice of which of the two would be better in terms of weather and catching the autumn colours of the trees?

It is said that the best time to go to Jiuzhaigou is in mid and late October. But if you go in November, you may enjoy the low season tickets of the scenic spots.
