Frozen man in zhangjiajie

Have you guys ever seen a human being can hold on for 120 minutes when the whole body is covered by ice? on January 2 of 2011, there was a competation between SongHao-Jin and KeCai-Chan on the top of the world famous Tianmen mountain in zhangjiajie,Hunan province,china.Both of them are from northeast china---Heilongjiang provnice,Jin is 54 years old ,and Chan is 53 years old.Chan has a record on guinness in the year of 2003 for standing still in the ice for 108 minutes and 21 seconds.it was snowing and freezing on the mountain on that day,they were put into two big glass containers and covered by snow up to theirs necks.Finally,Jin broke a new record for hold on for 120 minutes while chan hold on for 118 minutes. if you wanna know more about the world famous city ----zhangjiajie,pls contact me.

What's the temperature? I see that they are from Northeast China. BUT it is surprising that they stay in the ice for around 2 hours. I think that I will be frozen to death if I stay in the ice for that long time.

It was about minus 8 degrees centigrade at that day.cold and freezing.
