Good hotel suggestion Shanghai/Beijing/Hong Kong - advise requested

Hi all,

I am planning to make a trip, a combo to Hong Kong - Beijing - Shanghai. I will be my first trip. I found a few hotels on a hotel rate comparison site, and I found the following with some good deals, my question is whether anyone can provide me with some advise/recommendation about any decent four star hotel good for sightseeing, and I planning to go in June.
