![]() | Hello, I have just finished my TEFL (Teaching English Foreign Language) course and am qualified to teach in China/Japan/Thailand etc. I want to teach in China but the job requirments need me to have a university degree which I do not in order to obtain a work permit. At some point I may go back to university to finish my degree but if it is possible I would rather avoid going into more debt. My question is can I fly to HK and then buy a business visa for China and go on from there to work as an assistant teacher in China? or is there any other ways? Any help would be appreciated, David |

![]() | You can just send your resume... even they write that uni is required, its not that they everytime check it or dont accept anybody with less. That you have TEFL is already a point i would guess that its ok. A friend of mine he taught english (as native speaker) with college... |
