What is the operating hours of Xin Bai Ma Wholesale Mall? Last march when I was there around 2pm and most of the shops have started to pack up for the day. I heard from the shop owner that they operate since midnight. So what is the best time to go there if I'm coming down from HK?

Is there any plus size ladies' apparel selling there?
