See http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/tourist/tourist_products.html To get the discount, just show your Tourist Day Pass is OK when buying the tickets.

Are there other locations that sell them and if so who sells them? Can they be purchased from my hotel, Cosmo? What is the price for seniors? Can I show the TOURIST DAY PASS at the Circle K Outlets and get the disneyland discount? Thanks for your help!

You could purchase the TOURIST DAY PASS and Octopus card at the airport, specifically at the Airport Express Station.

You could purchase them at almost all the MTR stations.

I don’t think your hotel have the service.

I’m afraid no. You may need to show it to the ticket office at Disneyland to get the discount.
