What kind of physical exercises do you do to keep fit?

guestLili I’m young but recently, some of my body parts begin to hurt after a day’s work, so I want to take some exercises to keep fit. I hate running and want the exercises to be done indoor. What do you think is suitable for me?

I remembered one of my roomates from school play hula-hoop to lose weight. I think you could do it to keep fit too. it can be done indoor.

I'm currently taking yoga classes. Quite good, it not only help to keep fit and lose weight, but also release tension from work. You could give it a go.

If you sit too long while working, your stomach gets fat. Girls can not let it happen. You may do sit-ups to burn fat.

Well I go to the gym 4 days a week go running daily I try to eat healthy too
