Driving from Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu

How can one get from Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu without flying. I would like to see the scenery along the way. What buses are there? How much would it cost to hire a car to take us, so that we could stop along the way and take pictures?

Go to Jiuzhaigou Tourist Service Consultation Center to take bus.

Bus schedule: 06:20, 06:40, 07:00, 07:20, 07:30, 07:40, 08:00, 08:10. The bus passes Maoxian, Wenchuan, Yingxiu and Dujiangyan and finally arrives at 新南门 (New Sout Gate) in Chengdu.

There is another bus which goes to Chadianzi in Chengdu. The bus leaves at 13:00.

Renting a car from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou costs CNY 1200-1400. You may take it as reference.
