Wanted: A two or three bedroom apartment in Haidan district

I am looking for a two or three bedroom apartment in Haidan district, near (Beijing institute of technology)北京理工大学 . Need a long term rental for couple years. Good with children. I'm planning to arrive in the beginning of April .

The rent shouldn't be to expensive.
