guest12230	A friend of mine that is not a US citizen although resided in the US was working in china. The job was about 7 months in length. Much longer than anticipated. He was trying to fly home to the US and the police detained him at the airport for expired papers. He had a hearing and says he was fined 25K and if not paid within 2 weeks he is facing 1 year and 2 months in jail. Does anyone know if this is what really happens. Thanks for any information.
