Looking for Mr. Li Hua (former) conservator of Gansu Provincial museum (Lanzhou)

I'm planning to go to china again. About 15 years ago I've met the conservator of the Gansu rovincial Museum.
His name was Mr. Li Hua. I would like to contact him in preperation of my planned trip to Lanzhou.

But the museum you mentioned is not opened now due to redecoration.
