The apartment(area 103m2) has 2 rooms, 2 halls, 1 kitchen and 2 balconies, we keep all the home appliance there, also keep the 2 beds and wardrobes. neighborhood: around 5 minutes walk from metro line 3, there are one big supermarket, several 24-hour convenient stores, 2 banks, and some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. We are looking for nice person who work or study in Shanghai and will take good care of our apartment, it would be good to rent for at least 1 year contract. rental RMB5000, 2months rental as deposit. If they find a project work in Shanghai then they would necessitate the use of the apartment for another 6 months after that period.If they are fortunate enough to find a good position in Shanghai then they would like to remain and work in your country.They are now studying for their MBA at LUISS in Rome and both come from highly respected families.
