| guestEswaran | I have to attend ICBBT conference to be held at Sanya by this 25th(25 March 2011). I have applied for visa, with all my complete documents, and it got rejected, without any reason! Why should they have to reject my visa, without any reason? could I apply for visa again? Please do reply! |

 | Hi, sir, the visa officers are empowered to decide whether issue you a visa or not without provide any explaination. But as far as I know, you can try to apply for a visa on arrival to Sanya with related documents since Sanya is among the most open cities for foreigners in China. So good luck. |

| GUESTESW... I believe Enid is correct on the first part but not the second. You CANNOT get a visa on arrival in Sanya UNLESS you are from one of just a few countries with special arrangements for no visa or visa on arrival..... but as you have already been rejected that seems unlikely. The special rules for no visa for a few further nationalities visiting Sanya apply only to group tours. Forget the conference! |

The above Z category visa obtained by in the month of Dec-2010 and enter before 1-3-2011. Due to other issue same executive could not travel before 1-3-2011. | GUEST12982 | An unused visa is treated like an expired visa, therefore you'll have to apply for a new visa. Chances are that you'll get it. |
