The above two standards have carried out across the country since March 1st, 2000; the codes separately are HCR040-1999 and HCRJ039-1999. Although great work pressure and a number of social activities, Mr. Chen still keeps writing. He is not only thoroughly accomplished in environmental protection science and technology but also fond of many sorts of arts: in his spare time, he loves martial arts, poems, paintings and carving, he also loves listening to music, growing flowers and raising fish, so Mr.Chen is very versatile. When he did a work appreciated himself, he would like to share it with guest and friends, even gave it to them as a gift. He enjoys this style of life.
