I have an apartment in NingBo, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a study, a balcony.

I would like to rent it to someone needed with a reasonable price. He or she should not be smoking in the house and keep the it tidy and clean. Or I can change the apartment with oversea traveller, he or she can use the apartment for free as he or she will do the same to me when I travel to his /her country

Home appliance are all provided, frig, washing machine, TV, cable, stove, mircowave, and so on.
