on how to get a business visa from Hong Kong

I am an Ethiopian business man and I will be traveling to Hong Kong, China. but I also planned to have a business trip to taiwan. There is no any conslate or Embassy here in Ethiopia. Does any one care to tell me on how to get a visa to Taiwan either from ethiopia or Hong kong. Thank you!
