Just some additional questions:
1. day1 we're going to ocean park from BP Hotel.. how to get to Ocean Park?
2. how to get to Victoria Peak from Ocean Park?
3. Day2 we're planning to go to Shenzhen, can we go there by ourselves and get the Visa? what are the requirements? we only want to go to the window of the world and some shopping
4. We are torn between Macau and Disneyland for Day 3 but we leave around 1am the next day so is it still possible to go to MAcau? i mean we should be in our hotel around 7pm.

GUEST2811 Bus Schedule:

BP International to Ocean Park:
Walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty, exit B and take No.629 bus to Ocean Park.

You can take No.629 or No.629A bus from the Ocean Park to Central (Exchange Square). Then take No.15 bus to the Victoria Peak. If you want to experience Peak Tram, you can walk around 15-20 minutes to the Cable Car Terminal to take Peak Tram. Or you can just walk a few minutes to Central Ferry Piers and then take No.15C to the cable car terminal.

No.629: 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00
No.629A: 17:20, 17:50, 18:20
Ticket fare: HK$10.6

You may apply for the Shenzhen special economic zone tourist visa which can allow you to stay in Shenzhen for 5 days. Please note that you can just stay in Shenzhen with such a visa. As for the requirements, please read this page:
http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm

If you need get back to your hotel around 7 pm, I suggest you go to Disneyland instead of Macau.

BP International to Disneyland: walk to Jordan MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, change Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay and then take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland.
Time: around 36 minutes. Cost: HK$18.5.

Your plan is generally OK. If you arrive at Hong Kong late the 1st day, just visit the Stars of Avenue on the 3rd day. In Macau, you could use the free shuttle of those hotels. Both Venetian and Lisboa offer the service.
You'd better apply for a visa to enter shenzhen, which is located in mainlan China.

It depends, sir, but if you want to be safe, you'd better apply in advance through Chinese embassy or consulate where you live. Shenzhen SEZ Visa policy is changing all the time as now is the peak season for both travel and business.

No, SHAXYRA, you can not apply in HK. But if you really have no time to apply China visa in advance, you can try to apply for visa on arrival at Luo hu port, Shenzhen border.
