Gao Tuan (paste cake)is Shanghainese intiative. It's much better than Japanese and Taiwanese paste cakes in terms of delicacy and tastes if you have the honor enjoying it in SH. It can be made into different shapes and with different colors. It can be stuffed or non stuffed. Here is the one of the kinds - Paste Cake stuffed with Mahsed Green beans and red beans.
