| Xiaobaihe, My mom has made this dish many times. During the Spring Festival, my dad bought the ribbonfish and cleared it carefully. Then my mom cooked it. Very good! Forget to say, I am in Xian. So the Ribbonfish is not only popular in southern China but also in northwest part of China. |
